Sometimes there is just too much information and to take it in and organise it into a coherent pattern becomes overwhelming. Where do you start? So much to do. Take a breath, sit back in your chair and consider the following, is one suggestion.

Step back

Imaging yourself doing whatever you are viewed from a distance. It is a small part of a bigger picture. A small part of your life, and if you step back further still, a small part of humanity. Indeed if you step back to the moon the issue can seem a small dot.

Take a break

Go for a walk, have a hot drink, change your environment. This might be for fifteen minutes or overnight. The human mind in neutral seems to be able to rest itself and solve issues when not asked to.
